Wretches are a active Infantry unit of the Ratkin faction that was introducted in the Kings of War 2.1 - Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rulebook supplement book.
About
The weakest of the Slaves, these runts are pure fodder, but with the experimentation to enlarge them, they have an explosive ending when within the clutches of the Abyssal Dwarf Ratkin Slaves, else the Brood Mother has concocted a weird potion they carry.
