Swarm-crier is a Hero (Inf) unit which was first included in 2.0 - Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rules with the introduction of Ratkins into Kings of War during the 2nd Edition era until the 3rd Edition release on July 13th, 2015.
Swarm-crier was reintroduced into the game in 3.0 - Uncharted Empires 3rd Edition Rules along with the Ratkin faction after being excluded from the 2nd Edition rulebook.
