The weakest of the Slaves, these runts are pure fodder, but with the experimentation to enlarge them, they have an explosive ending when within the clutches of the Abyssal Dwarf Ratkin Slaves, else the Brood Mother has concocted a weird potion they carry.

Wretches were introduced in Kings of War 3.1 - Uncharted Empires 3rd Edition Rulebook and continue to be an active unit. This unit appears to be a replacement for Tunnel Slaves which retired at the end of 2nd Edition
