Sythos, also known as the strength of the maelstrom, is one of three Trident Kings and rules over the kingdom of Medu’Syth of the Trident Realm of Neritica
About
Sythos is the current Trident King of the kingdom of Medu’Syth, they are one of three Trident Kings along with Ilyth'ul and Myrroq.
Biography
Early Life
Masks of Medusa
After Brave Kyron rescued the Neriticans from the Dark Kyron and the Wicked Ones, he sent them to the heart of the sea with a purpose. Brave Kyron selected three of the bravest and cleverest fish-folk, empowered them with part of his power and advised them of a the secret of the resting place of the Shards of Medusa.
The three champions dived into The Great Deep and each obtained a shard, and as a result were known as the Trident Kings upon their return. Seeing this success, Brave Kyron returned and revealed his great plan to the Neriticans. He planned for the Neriticans to be protectors below the waves against the incursions from the Forces of the Abyss. To aid them, he created the Masks of Medusa from the shards the champions obtained which infused the power of a god. The champions wore these masks and grew further in stature, wisdom and gave them the ability for the Trident Kings to be telepathically linked.
They took their names from the three aspects of Medusa; Sythos was named after the aspect of the strength of the Maelstrom.

Edge of the Abyss
Sythos helped lead the Trident Realm forces, along with the other Trident Kings Myrroq and Ilyth'ul, in the Frozen Sea while the Thuul Arch-Mythican's (who were fused with the power of The Green Lady) melted the glaciers in the north to flood The Abyss.
Post-3854
The Deepwater Crusade
Sythos lead a host from Medu'Syth to help the defence at The Great Deep however were held up at Battle of the Coral Gate. The battle was at a standstill until the arrival of Kyroqsh which pushed the Forces of the Abyss back and allowed the forces from Medu'Syth to continue towards The Great Deep, hoping they weren't too late to stop the Lord of Lies.
Eventually Sythos and the Medu'Syth forces arrived at The Great Deep. Once united with Ilyth'ul and Myrroq, the Forces of the Abyss forces began to flee with the Lord of Lies activating a portal to escape back to The Abyss.
