In -1095, Belkon along with Mescator, Valandor,Fulgria, Liliana, Oskan 14 other Celestians arrived in Pannithor via the portals opened by Reiliur Ythrill and the Circle of Heaven.

Biography

Belkon was one of the original 20 Celestians who arrived in Pannithor.
