Arrival to Pannithor
main article: Rise of the Celestians
In -1095, Belkon along with Mescator, Valandor,Fulgria, Liliana, Oskan and 14 other Celestians arrived in Pannithor via the portals opened by Reiliur Ythrill and the Circle of Heaven. After splitting up into groups to learn about Pannithor in the Tower of Heaven, Belkon along with Mescator, Liliana, Oskan, Fulgria were tutored personally by Reiliur about the Primogenitors. Reiliur eventually told the group about a Bhanek inspired practice where elf children are taken to the temple of Bhanek to by judged by the priests, and if they deemed to have impurities, they were killed. Belkon suggested restraint in judging the elf people for this.
The Celestians were incredibly distrubed by this which resulted in Belkon, Mescator, Oskan, Valandor, and Liliana along with Reiliur traveling to one of the local Bhanek temples.Upon witnessing the practice in action, Valandor managed to detected there was no devine magic being used here and Mescator exposed this to the follower present at the temple.
Meeting the Dwarfs
In -980, Belkon travelled into Abercarr after hearing stories of the dwarfs. After Belkon noticed a dwarf was watching him, he called out to the dwarf and the dwarf ran with Belkon giving chase. The dwarf triggered a few traps as he ran, eventually dropping into the ground, appearing to vanish, and into the dwarf tunnels below then continued to escape. Belkon figured this out and followed down then feigned getting caught in a dwarf trap. This caused Grimgar, the dwarf that was running from Belkon, and a group of other dwarfs to return to investigate, expecting the attacker to had been killed.
Belkon revealed himself to be alive and attempted to reassure the dwarfs his intention was not to harm them and who he was. The dwarfs agreed to advise the High King Thrayne and told Belkon he was to wait here until a decision was made, unable to take another step into the dwarf realm until a response was recieved.
Two years later in -977, Belkon, Grimgar and some of this dwarf kin to Primovantor to discuss the Celestians into providing their knowledge and wisom as they had done for Primovantor and Elvenholme. The reception was mixed with High Consul Vartherion stunned to see that dwarfs were real however Ingthwe, ambassador of Elvenhome, was less than kind and described them being savage and belligerant. The dwarfs revealed that the elves broke an ancient agreement long ago that the treasures of the earth belonged to the dwarfs, however the elves then attempted to plunder it. Ingthwe dismissed such claims claiming to be false or no elf remembers such an agreement.
Credibity of the Elf postion was put into question due to them withholding the existance of the dwarfs from the Celestians, resulting in Mescator declearing
