Grimgar was the first dwarf who made contact with a Celestians, specifically Belkon in -980

First Contact

In -980, Grimgar was spying on Belkon when he wandered into dwarf territory. After Belkon revealed he knew Grimgar was watching him, Grimgar ran and Belkon gave chase. Triggering a few traps, eventually Grimgar dropped into the ground, appearing to vanish, and into the dwarf tunnels below then continued to escape. Belkon figured this out and followed down then feigned getting caught in a dwarf trap. This caused Grimgar and a group of other dwarfs to return to investigate, expecting the attacker to had been killed.

Belkon revealed himself to be alive and attempted to reassure the dwarfs his intention was not to harm them and who he was. The dwarfs agreed to advise the High King Thrayne and told Belkon he was to wait here until a decision was made, unable to take another step into the dwarf realm until a response was recieved.

In -977, Grimgar travelled with Belkon and some of this dwarf kin to Primovantor
