Bloodstone of Cerillion
Blood Stones
It is unknown if Bloodstone of Cerillion is the same blood stones that Mhorgoth the Faceless used during his Invasion Under the Ice Mountains with the Free Dwarves after his 200 year self-imposed exile that enhanced his power.
During the events of The Bloodstone of Cerillion it was said that the Bloodstone was smashed into pieces by Holk Gungerson which released Maegana the Red, however due to Maegana being so powerful as a vampire the remaining broken shards could be called stones that Mhorgoth could have taken during the release of Maegana. Kronos, who also was a necromancer, could have been Mhrogoth in disguise during Invasion Under the Ice Mountains to obtain more power to win the war. Mhrogoth used Blood Stones to enhance his power at the final battle at Ironhold Bridge.
