Nimue Waydancer gets distracted and yean for more however most elves dedicate their long lives in the pursuit and excellence and mastery of an art of skill. Nimue of Ileuthar is constant source of frustration for her tutors.
About
Great aptitude for magic, but lacked concentration. Too rash to finesse the art of sword play and bow work. Great promise was shown as an artist, musician, tree-singer, horsewoman and scribe, but same fickle nature meant they were abandoned.
On one of Nimue's wandering roams through the Glade of Ways changed her forever. For it coincided with eruption of the Nexus from the Halpi Mountains. Nimue essence was pulled in all directions and smashed together anew.
Materialising within the Glade, she shimmered with power and could see the unseen paths in the Glade of Ways, right down to its roots.
Mage-Queen named her the Waydancer and sent her on a mission.
As the Nexus power ebbed and flowed so does Nimue's power.

Nimue traveled with the Elven Fleet, led by Crag Hudd, to Crag Hudd and met up with the forces of the Northern Alliance and Basileans. The combined forces including Nimue pushed the Ratkin, Abyssal Dwarfs and Dravak Dalken, who had opened the rift, into retreating.
Below Crag Hudd, Nimue watched as Dravak Dalken escape down one of the tunnels leading away from the rift. Dravak's control over the rift was now gone and the planes of existence winked in and out of life around them. Nimue knew they needed to close the rift and as she was attempting to do so, Serakina emerged and attempted to use her ice magic to close the rift.
The room pulsed with power and a loud throbbing noise caused Nimue to cover her ears, while the light cascading from the rift forced her to close her eyes. Where it had once been a large hole could be seen in the floor, Serakina had covered it by a crackling energy that had the appearance of shifting ice. The Nexus was closed.
