Muster Captain is a Hero (Inf) and upgradable to Hero (Cav) unit for the Halflings faction.

3rd Edition - Kings of War – 3rd Edition Rulebook

It was introduced in Clash of Kings 2022 during the 3rd Edition era along with the introduction of the Halflings faction. This unit is similar to the League of Rhordia unit Halfling Master Sergeant.
