Barthamus Crowe was among the League of Infamy’s best magicians – able to control the pull of magic with an incredible ease.

About

When his family was killed by a marauding orc warband, Barthamus’ mind began to crumble. Sensing an opportunity, the League offered Barthamus access to forbidden tomes of necromancy, in order to raise his family from the dead. The spell worked – for a time – but eventually they became shuffling, groaning shells of their former selves.

Necromancers are some of the most reviled individuals throughout Pannithor. Tainted by the dark arts of raising the dead, these once great magic users are slowly corrupted into shadows of their former greatness.

Determined to bring his family back for good, Barthamus continues his work for the League in the hope of uncovering more arcane magic or the opportunity to gain access to the League’s illicit vaults.
