Oskan (Shining One) is the shining one of Oskan (Celestian) and was quickly absorbed by his wicked half, Oskan Father of Lies
Biography
In -170, Oskan Father of Lies was created when the mirror smashed and Oskan was was split, which his wicked half being Oskan Father of Lies. Oskan Father of Lies quickly killed his shining half after trapping it in the mirror which eventually led to The God War.
