La'theal Voidheart, also known as La'theal Silverheart or La'theal Bleakheart, has something dangerous lurking in the corners of her mind.

Biography

La'theal Silverheart was originally born as La'theal Silverheart and was once an apprentice of an elven mage.

Learning About the Void

La'theal originally was taught about the void by her uncle, Cartheon Silverheart who had lost his wife before La'theal was born. La'theal wanted to help find her aunt however this would begin whispers to haunt her dreams and mind.

During her learnings, she would gift a book to Cartheon called Whispers from the Void which was banned within Elvenholme

Edge of the Abyss

Between Year 3850 until 3854, La'theal Silverheart fought against the forces of evil, specifically to stop the 'Ways' from opening up at the Twilight Glades. She was unsuccessful and was driven mad by the Nightstalkers and their whispers to her.

In 3854, she met up with The Green Lady and other heroes such as Nomargarok, Domitius, Magnilde, Artakl, Flaxhoof, Eckter and Jarvis for a meeting about ending the war. La'theal brought information about the Nightstalkers arriving in the Twilight Glades. Jarvis mentions that he believes that La'theal has turned to more darker magic than the Ophidians use which caused La'theal to lunge at him with a silver dagger. One of Jarvis Barrow Wights pulled him back and used its shield to block La'theal's attack afterwhich she slunk back to her previous position at the table.

The Green Lady informed of the plan to flood the Ogre Lands in order to flood openings to the Abyss as the alternative would to be overun by the Forces of the Abyss. Eckter informed them of a powerful item that they will use to melt the Frozen Sea which will flood both the openings to the Abyss and the Ogre Lands. Nomargarok left to inform his people to begin to leave their homelands.

Post-Edge of the Abyss

The Nightstalker voices eventually drove her against her own kind and La'theal begin diving further the forbidden tomes of the Twilight Kin

Rise of La'theal Bleakheart

La'theal, now known as La'theal Bleakheart, was arrested for trying to steal eyeballs from Walldeep School of Anatomy and it was rumored she was eating the stolen eyes at the time.

La'theal reached out to her uncle, Cartheon Silverheart after she was casted out and being hunted. Together, they created a library, full of forbidden magic books and information.

Inquisitors, including Ta’rul Truebreeze, were sent to arrest La'theal.La'theal fought hard against the inquisitors who had been sent, killing many, however was eventually subdued and arrested.

La'theal was locked up in the Elvenholme prison. She managed to escape from prison and headed east to the Twilight Glades with the her breakout noted in the Primovantor Pilgrim.

While travelling to the Twilight Glades, the League of Infamy recruited La'theal. She met up with Sharpclaw Gutpeeler, Karzel Runesbane,Glum Slittercreep, M'win'daji and Melantha Arveld in the Rat and Dagger tavern along with the man known as the 'Merchant' through a portal for an unknown, at the time, task.

League of Infamy

The League of Infamy instructed La'theal along with Sharpclaw Gutpeeler, Karzel Runesbane,Glum Slittercreep, M'win'daji to steal some Drakon eggs from a Drakon breeding center operated by the Elves. Melantha Arveld led this operation.

This ended up being successful and La'theal was recruited into the league offically however eventually left to join up with the Twilight Kin

Joining the Twilight Kin

After La'theal joined offically with the Twilight Kin, her Uncle Cartheon Silverheart was interogated by members of the Inquisitors, Ta’rul Truebreeze and Kareal at his home in Yondril. They were investigating reports of butchered livestock and the town reporting dark dreams haunting the residents.

Cartheon became defensive when they used La'theal's birth surname of Silverheart and corrected them to call her Bleakheart. As they spoke a strange fog began to take over the town and Cartheon created a portal which he went through to escape into the library that La'theal and him had created. Shocked, Ta’rul and Kareal ran out of the house and discover the town was now being overrun by Nightstalkers.

Ta’rul sent Kareal to escape to Ilanatha to warn them of Cartheon Silverheart working with La'theal. Ta’rul continued to fight the invading Nightstalkers until coming upon La’theal arriving through a portal. La'theal was cheerful to see Ta’rul, reminder Ta’rul of the scar La'theal gave her the last time they met. Ta’rul told her that she would not escape this time while La'theal brought more Nightstalker forces through the portal she arrived through.

La'theal survived this battle and continued with the Twilight Kin forces.

Shadowed Horizons

Tolls of War

La'theal appeared to Arlantrix who was fighting along side the Abyssal Dwarfs against the Basileans on the Low Sea of Suan. The Abyssal Dwarf forces along with Arlantrix were attemtping to get through the toll gates of Golden Horn so they could reach the Infant Sea.

Arlantrix asked where the Twilight Kin forces were, which Arlantrix was expecting to help break through the Basilean defence. La'theal informed that she did not promise a fleet, only a distraction. Concerned, Arlantrix demanded that this distaction to happen now as they were in a desperate situation. La'theal noted her impatience and asked her to watch. Suddenly their was an explosion above the tolls, indicating that the Twilight Kin had forces waiting for their arrival in secret within the Basilean defence.

This helped the Abyssal Dwarf fleet with Arlantrix break through into the Infant Sea

On Cold Tides

A while later, after La'theal had met up with Arlantrix and retieved the Shadowheart gem, La'theal sailed north to the Winterlands. La'theal recounted the battles from the last few days and watched as her fleet struggled to reach their destination.

La'theal reminded herself of their second fleet which was located within the void, then finally she reached her destination of the Iceblood Coast in the Winterlands

Landfall

La'theal stepped on the shore of the Iceblood Coast, holding the Shadowheart gem, more than a hundred leagues away from their originally intended landing site of the Iceblood Fjord. Despite this, she casted the Shadowheart gem into the sky, hoping they were close enough. The Shadowheart glowed with light, giving off lightning and a mass of energy resulting in the opening of the great void-gate which La'theal stared in awe into.

One of her fellow captains was growing impatient as the force had not arrived however La'theal insisted they were coming with the delay due to the distance from the locus of the void-cage network. Her crew were stuck with nausea while they waited and were forced to move away from the open void-gate until it subsided. The hidden Twilight Kin finally began to arrive through the void-gate lead by Lord Mikayel Faewyll.

Lord Mikayel was upset of the void-gate being opened so far away with the impatient captain insisting the cause being their warship being too badly damaged to make the journey there however Lord Mikayel quickly silenced him and signaled to Mor’ghul’eiza. Mor’ghul’eiza came forwarded and ended the captain's life. Lord Mikayel then turned to La'theal for an explaination. La'theral explained the recent events and pointed out that Lord Mikayel was still in the Winterlands as planned. Lord Mikayel stated that the original plan was for a eternal Void-bridge to be opened in Iceblood Fjord which would be a defensible site for a great planned fortress.

Lord Mikayel then reached into his dark violet cloak and produced a wrought metal scroll-cylinder. La'theal was to be banished into the void-gate and was to wait for "guests"to arrive. She was to tell them exactly what is written on that scroll. Reluctantly, she took the scroll and walked through the portal. Short while later, the void-portal closed.
