After the fall of High King Odador and the royal line, a series of weak high kings followed. During the brief reign of Kludis Foesweeper the Royal Hoard was was broken into stealing its greatest treasures.
The most beloved and prized of all, The Twenty-Seven Boons of the Gods, were stolen by a thief called Gilgulli the ‘goldless’, the most shameful of all dwarfen titles bestowed on him.
Kludis abdicated in shame and took the oaths of the berserker.
The throne was still being scrabbled for until Golloch.
