At Camfaen Pass, Tharin spotted Dynfawr forces fighting with Overmaster Venngal. Tharin saw in the treeline hidden regiments which emerged and began to charge the Imperial forces. Tharin signalled to the others to Gwion and Rhian, Gwion dropped a pair of flash bombs which exploded in the air high above the charging horde to attract their attention.
The flashbombs signaled to the nearby Free Dwarf Berserker Brock Riders waiting in a ravine and they charged into the new attackers. Rhian's raven screeched and Tharin and Gwion turned around to see what had so alarmed the creature. A massive flock of Gargoyles clashed with Dynfawr’s forces, collapsing the Imperial forces. Tharin, Gwion and Rhian flew away from the scene to alert Lord Thalyth of Dynfawr's loss.
