Siege Breakers is a Large Infantry unit for the Ogres faction and was introduced in 2nd Edition

About

Ogre hunters are skilled trackers and scouts, adept at fieldcraft and hunting. Ogres live in a harsh and unforgiving landscape of wild beasts and extreme temperatures.

In order to survive, the tribes must hunt the behemoths of the Steppe as food or risk becoming food themselves. In times of war, ogre hunters go to battle with the tools of their trade – a plethora of axes, skinning knives and hunting spears.

Some might say that it is a shame that one of the strongest heritages of ogrekind can be hired out and monetised so easily, but the ogres themselves see no problem with it

Kings of War Appearances

During 2nd Edition, both Ogres and The Herd factions had a unit called Hunters. This unit was introduced as part of The Herd in Kings of War 2.0 - Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rulebook however was retired with the introduction of 3rd Edition.

The Ogre edition of Hunters continued into 3rd Edition.

Siege Breakers were introduced in 2nd Edition at its released and remain in the game in 3rd Edition.
