Oskan is a Celestian who was the last to arrive through the first portal that was opened up by opened by Reiliur Ythrill and the Circle of Heaven. This was only made possible through Valandor ,Reiliur Ythrill and Calisor Fenulian performing the Nekanthika rite which turned back time to re-align the stars.
Appearance
Oskan had a youthful look was thinly built. Had short dark hair and a bit of shrewdness around his features
Biography
Arrival of the Celestians

In -1095, Oskan was part of the original 20 Celestians that arrived into Pannithor. Oskan was the last Celestian to arrive through the first portal that Reiliur had opened. As the stars began to fall out of alignment and under the instruction of Eoswain, Celestian Valandor, Reiliur Ythrill and Calisor Fenulian performed the Nekanthika rite which turned back time to re-align the stars, known in the modern day as 'the lost hours'. This was succesful and Oskan managed to arrive through the portal.
Smashing of the Mirror
In -170, Oskan was split into Oskan (Shining One) and Oskan Father of Lies when the mirror smashed with his shining side quickly being killed.
