Halfling Braves is a Infantry unit for the League of Rhordia faction.

About

The preconception of halflings as gentle, unconcerned folk, careless of the world around them, is mostly unfounded.

While they hark from an idyllic and bucolic homeland, they are acutely aware of the dangers that surround them and the threat of raids and marauding warbands of greenskins.

While the contingent of halflings within the League is now at a bare minimum in terms of what membership demands, there are still many committed units in all the states, with the Braves forming the core of the support they provide.

3rd Edition - 3.1 Uncharted Empires 3rd Edition Rulebook

Halfling Braves were introduced in 2.0 Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rulebook during the 2nd Edition Era with the introduction of the League of Rhordia faction.

Halfling Braves were an active unit until the start of 3rd Edition but were reintroduced in 3.0 Uncharted Empires 3rd Edition Rulebook with the reintroduction of the League of Rhordia faction.

An variant of this unit was introduced in Clash of Kings 2022 with the introduction of Halflings called Braves with similar ruleset

Second Edition Biography

The image of halfings as gentle, unconcerned folk, careless of the world around them is mostly unfounded. While they live in an idyllic and bucolic landscape, they are acutely aware of the dangers that surround them and the threat of raids and marauding war-bands of greenskins.

To this end, the shires have a conscription program ensuring that they fulfl their obligations to the defence of the League.
