Juolen is a young archivist working in the Royal Archives in Caeryn Golloch

Template:PrideofthekinglogoJuolen was working at the Royal Archives when Garrek Heavyhand, Banick Kholearm and Oedi Croenroc arrived to enquire about Queen Rhosyn Ashtel medical death records. Juolen was order by a superior to led the trio to these records and retrieve them.

After the trio left, the his older superior rang his bell to call for Juolen. He gave Juolen a note to deliver to Gruumen Ashtel and to tell Lord Ashtel that these three dwarfs were looking into his sister,Rhosyn, death. Juolen left to deliver the message.
