Valandor is a Celestian that arrived through the first portal that was opened up by opened by Reiliur Ythrill and the Circle of Heaven. He had an strong arcane aura when he arrived through.

History
Valandor was born a Celestian sometime before or after the Rise of the Celestians. Celestian origins are unclear
Rise of the Celestians

In -1095, Valandor was the third Celestian to arrive through the first portal that Reiliur Ythrill and the mages around the Circle of Heaven opened. Once arriving he joined in the summoning of more portals.
