A Goblin King (or queen, for that matter) is a particularly cunning individual that decides to crown themselves as a vicious monarch.

The term ‘king’ however is a catch-all for any selfimposed goblin monarch, as no one is sure how to tell the goblin sexes apart, for Example Queen Grizzle of Glimmer.
