History
Pre-Ascent of the Goblin King
Before 3850, Graf summoned Kackle, the Furbiters wiz, to attempt to summon water as they were in desperate need for some. Kackle had used a book he found off "Fish-folk" which accidently summoned a Water Elemental, flooding their tunnels, when the spell got away from him.
Kackle teleported away and had been in hiding ever since.
In 2850, Kackle was stealing from a hedge witch
