Sir Charles was one of the Watchtower Knights that first the felt the breath of the great beast that rose from the Abyss.

From his vantage point Charles saw the great fiend rise up on great fiery wings.

The beast grew to great proportions, its bellow shook the foundations of the fort.

Then flew back down into the Abyss, shortly after great BOOM, BOOM BOOM could be heard from the war drums deep in the Abyss.

The Abyss has woken.

The crack of the Abyss widened spreading into neighbouring lands pulling in Rocks, Woods, a new fissure opened right by Fort La Dustox, causing it to crumble to nothing! Then the Watchtower fell deep into the Abyss.

The time of the Brotherhood had come.

The Edge of the Abyss war had begun.
