Percival Arbuckle‏‎ was a well respected Halfling who helped create the Iron Beast. Percival also taught at the College of Warcraft which Paddy Bobart, his apprentice, took over his postion after his death.

Biography

The day the halfing master engineer Percival saw a Steel Behemoth grinding its way towards him was the day he fell in love. His life’s work since that day has been to strive relentlessly to make his own and every one which leaves his workshop improves upon the last. A blind eye is turned to his eccentric extremes so long as his new battle-tanks keep rolling out the door.

Originally conceived by the dwarfs as their Steel Behemoth, the concept of an Iron Beast was later brought to the Shires by Percival and the design later evolved by his apprentice Paddy Bobart.
