Targun Spire (state) is a city-state in the League of Rhordia.

Targun Spire is smallest of the city-states in the League but has mammoths. Captured from far-flung expeditions to the steppe, these difficult to keep beasts are employed in times of war, as they are dominating an destructive force on the battlefield.

Their Duke is elected a by a plenum of priests and barons elect the successor.
