Use the Ice Kin Hunter to make Gladestalkers, 12-14 models per Regiment
Twilight Kin Corsairs Voidwalker are used for Boskwraiths, swap heads with the half elves as you like, 6-8 models per Troop
TK Impalers are used as Forest Shamblers, 5 for a Horde
Half-Elves Berserkers and TK Corsairs are used for Forest Guard, use Spears and Sword from the Twilight Kin frame, 12-14 models each
Ice Blade is used as Ar'iana
Ice Queen is used as Mage
use the 3 remaining Half-Elves to build 2 Master Hunter and 1 Elven King
if you feel the 11 and 12 models are too low and not looking good, add another Ice Kin Hunter box and split the models among the Regiments
