Prime Regiments are 15 each
use Ceremonial Guard upgrade and mix with the regular Salamanders to make ~24-28 Ancients (12-14 for each unit), mix helmets, shields and weapon on the different models
use Ceremonial Guard upgrade to make a Herald and a Battle Captain (use spear and shield for the Herald and Helmet and shield for the captain)
use a regular Prime with 2 handed weapon as Zoelkifli
Tyrants are 3 models a horde, mix some other models/bits in to make the base look full
for fire Elementals, use GreenStuff, Milliput, Fimo or whatever acrylic clay/paste you have to add another 2-3 models
for Emper Spirits, use any remaining fire bits and/or make some small fire elementals with GreenStuff/Millitput/Fimo (using fimo/Milliput for a basic body and acrylic base to add flames is easy and gives good results)
if you don’t mind working with metal parts, you can turn one of the Prime units into Unblooded with the upgrade bits from the box
