Modelling/Conversions:
- using the 3 Drakons to make a Horde (they are large enough to fill that base)
- combining the Tallspears and Archers to make a Sea Guard Horde (25 models)
- split the Gladestalkers and fill them with Command models from the Archers/Tallspears for 12 models each
- Tallspears are 14 each (leave the first rank free to avoid spears being a problem during gameplay)
- use remaining Command models to build Army Standard, King and Archmage
- should be enough cats on the frames to build a swarm (if not use the dead elves and other bits to fill the bases)
