Warsmith Barrihon Ironmantle is in the Imperial Dwarf Navy and captain of the Thunderguard, a GrimmStone Class vessel.
Biography
Barrihon Ironmantle led a larger fleet including a couple of RuneAxes, some Hunter-class ironclads and two Fury Class warships, the EmberHeart and the Oakenbane.
They fought a mighty sea battle against an Empire of Dust fleet led by Shobik’s Wrath, scourge of the Carrick Gulf, captained by Sarib-Tia the Infinite.
All was going the Dwarfs way with many ships burned and sunk, till Shobik’s Wrath High Priests intoned the Ritual of the Elements and lightening drew down, struck the Jewels of Shobik, which then engulfed the fleet in blinding light, reducing the Dwarf crew to smoking skeletons.
