Arlan was a celestian who played a part in the war against the Primogenitors and one half of the Celestians known as the Twins (Indra).
About
Arlan is said to have a similar appearance to Indra with dark crimson-coloured hair with bright red and golden eyes.

Arrival to Pannithor
In -990, Arlan was with the 2nd wave of 20 Celestians that arrived in Pannithor along with Kyron, Karinna and twin Indra

- Arlan and Indra were referred to as the Twins in Rise of the Celestians and not named specifically. Their names were officially confirmed by writer, C.L Werner on the Counter Charge Podcast
