In 3865, while in the Northern Infant Sea, the crew of the Pious, captained by Cpt. Charn Ferrus, answered distress signals by a sloop squadron. The sloops were being chased by two Orc ships and the Pious moved to engage. Cpt. Charn Ferrus met First Lieuteant Gregori Corbes, Second Lieuteant Jaymes Ellias and Third Lieuteant Walt Ganto on the quarterdeck to discuss the sitution with Lt. Corbes quickly indentifing that they were Orc vessels. Cpt. Charn Ferrus started issuing orders with Lt. Corbes was to stay on quarterdeck, Lt. Ellias to take charge of the upper deck, Lt. Ganto to take charge of the upper deck for’ard and Mister Just to clear for action.
As the ships got closer, the crew indentified the larger ship being a Orc Smasher and the smaller ship being a Orc Blood Runner as they started their attackon the Sloops. Cpt. Charn Ferrus ordered Lt. Corbes to take charge of the fo’c’sle cannons and for Thaddeus Just to get the ship to pull up on the Orc Smasher. As they approached, Cpt.Charn continued to witness the battle between the Sloops and the Orc Vessels, noting the Sloops fighting bravely, the Pious opened fire with Lt.
