Berlonviche is a city-state governed by the Duke of Berlonviche who is part of the Council of Rhor in The League of Rhordia.

They were the only city-state to not join in attacking The Shires during The Broken Alliance of the League of Rhordia. As a result, the Halflings held the duke in a higher regard than the rest of the league.

Paddy Bobart and Dustin Rootwell assisted in the defence against Ratkin invasion of Berlonviche when the city was referred to as Norwood in 3850.
