main article: Honor's Price
In 3865, Veit, who had relocated with the rest of the Daamuz Clan to the shores of High Sea of Bari, was busy repairing recently damaged holds from a recent storm with Diessa Daamaz, the Daamaz Clan's Stone Priest, and summoned earth elementals including Joro. After working until the dinner bell, Veit snapped Diessa out of her trance and viewed their work of the newly built longhouse. Her brother, Lord Dinnidek Daamuz, approached shortly after complimenting them both along with Joro and asked to speak to Diessa alone to discuss some clan matters. Veit gathered up his tools and took his leave.
A few days later, At Innyshwylt, the Daamuz Clan were practicing their invasion techinque of Llyngyr Cadw. After the run, Veit and Diessa approached Daerun and Felwyr while they discussed what they learnt from the dry run of the invasion. It was agreed they would reinforce the landing longboats with additional shields and dispersing the Green Wyverns throughout the fleet to target any Gargoyles that may track them. The clan planned to continue to prepare for the invasion.
3 days before landing at the invasion site at the Dewbrock Plain after taking off from Innyshwylt, the fleet was attacked by Gargoyles.
2 days before the invasion landing, Dinnidek formed a war council consisting of Dinnidek,Tordek, Daerun, Rorik, Captain Saori, Diessa, Veit and Sunny, It was agreed that despite being tracked by the Gargoyles, the invasion was to proceed in the morning landing on the southern part of the Dewbrock Plain with the Maiden's Revenge providing as much fire support as they can while the longboats disembark to shore, noting that Rhyss and his rangers should be there providing support against the Abyssal artillery.
