Tory Chalmbler

Master Sergeant Tory Chalmbler is a halfling who remained loyal to The League of Rhordia after the Shires left. He is a staunch supporter of re-unificatio and soon became the poster-boy for the League’s propaganda machine.
About
When the halflings seceded from the League of Rhordia, not all of them wished for self-rule. Some halflings who have lived in human cities for generations, felt more kinship with the humans, even as anti-halfling rhetoric increased.
Others saw the practicality of staying with a large military power, or saw their own economic interests soar as halfling cuisine became a delicacy.
