Modelling/Conversions:

• Prime Regiments are 15 each
• use Ceremonial Guard upgrade and mix with the regular Salamanders to make ~24-28 Ancients (12-14 for each unit), mix helmets, shields and weapon on the different models
• use Ceremonial Guard upgrade to make a Herald and a Battle Captain (use spear and shield for the Herald and Helmet and shield for the captain)
• use a regular Prime with 2 handed weapon as Zoelkifli
• Tyrants are 3 models a horde, mix some other models/bits in to make the base look full
• for fire Elementals, use GreenStuff, Milliput, Fimo or whatever acrylic clay/paste you have to add another 2-3 models
• for Emper Spirits, use any remaining fire bits and/or make some small fire elementals with GreenStuff/Millitput/Fimo (using fimo/Milliput for a basic body and acrylic base to add flames is easy and gives good results)
• if you don’t mind working with metal parts, you can turn one of the Prime units into Unblooded with the upgrade bits from the box
