Before 3865

Perrio was a student of Valletto and later settled in Dennec

After Aestelle arrived in Dennec, she met with Perrio to get him to send a message to Valletto of Auron at Golden Horn to advise about the Abyssal threat in Northern Basilea. Valletto would pass on this information to Grand Mage Saffus of Aigina and inform the Duma of what the expedition force had found. This led to Valletto to travel north to confirm these reports.
