Order of the Sacred Ark
The first two Basilean Hegemony paladin organisations to be formed were Orders, one of which was the Order of the Sacred Ark mentioned in Steps to Deliverance. Subsequent paladin units raised were organised into smaller Chapters. Both the original two Orders and the Chapters are known collectively as the Order of Basilean Paladins.
The Order of the Sacred Ark is currently commanded by High Paladin Augus. The Order is further sub-divided into Cohorts, each of which is commanded by a Lord Paladin. The symbol of the Order of the Sacred Ark is a white phoenix. The Order's colours are blue, with a white trim.
