About
Protector and the bone-hulk Cold Pillager were so evenly matched that they fired upon each other until both were dismasted and floundering, crashing into each other with fires raging.
Crashing into each other, the horde of skeleton crew and their bale-eyed revenant commanders at once launched a boarding action, determined to slay their warm-blooded foes upon rusted blades.
They would have succeeded, were it not for the Protector’s secret weapon. From the hold, where they had waited patiently for just such an opportunity, a half-company of ogre mercenaries was now unleashed, tearing into the undead invaders with violent enthusiasm.
When the enemy lay in piles of bones at their feet, the Cold Pillager was scuttled, and lies to this day at the bottom of the ocean, off the coast of the Isle of Kurros
