Thuul
Thuul are the Trident Realm’s most bizarre inhabitants.
About
A blend of halfling and octopus, these ferocious creatures are aggressive and surprisingly powerful given their size. Their skin is smooth and often purplish in hue, their bodies squat and broad, and their bulbous heads terminate at mouths surrounded by long, grasping tentacles.
Some whisper they are touched by the gods, being fashioned in the image of Kyron himself, and this may well be true, for their elders have an affinity for magic far greater than any other Neritican.
Thuul sorcerers are naturally attuned to the elemental power of water, harnessing it to summon the great beasts of the ocean to war, and scupper enemy fleets in raging storms.

Thuul were introduced as a unit in 2.0 - Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rulebook for the Trident Realms which has continued into 3rd Edition.
There are some smaller Thuul units such as the Thuul Mythican or Thuul Aquamage however the only other larger Thuul unit would be the Hidden Ones, which retired as a unit at the end of 2nd Edition era and is now just a Formation led by Ineesha
Second Edition Biography
These ferocious creatures are a bizarre blend of halfing and octopus. Only a fool would underestimate them however and there are the bodies of many fools now feeding the things that lurk in the depths.
