Naiad Ensnarers are a Infantry unit for the Trident Realms, Order of the Green Lady and the Forces of Nature factions.

About

The Naiads’ way of war has been created in response to the seafarers who repeatedly invade their waters. The Ensnares also take barbed nets, which they use to entangle and pin down their foes before impaling them on their tridents.

Naiad Ensnarers were introduced in Kings of War – 2nd Edition Rulebook for the Forces of Nature faction and was a replacement for the Naiad unit from 1st Edition.

In 2.0 - Uncharted Empires 2nd Edition Rulebook with the introduction of the Trident Realms, Naiad Ensnarers were included on their Army List. A further faction, Order of the Green Lady, were granted use of this unit also when they were introduced in 3.0 - Uncharted Empires 3rd Edition Rulebook during the 3rd Edition era

Forces of Nature - Flitting between alluringly beautiful and terrifyingly ferocious, Naiads draw power from the water. As long as they are near to the ocean, a river, or even an underground spring, they can regenerate the most grievous wounds.
